I was having a lot of trouble really wrapping my mind around how the academics at Strixhaven were organized and would work in practice, so I went through all the lore I could find and tried to pull out every mention of anything which could be construed as some kind of class that students might take at the school.
Working off the assumption that if there is the position of a "dean" at Strixhaven, then they must be the dean of some kind of school or department, I then organized all of those potential courses under the ten schools of Strixhaven, as suggested by the Planeswalker's guide, listing certain magical specialties under one or the other of the colors associated with each college.
Giving each one of those schools the name of its dean's epithet, I then put together the following chart, organizing the schools responsible for the teaching of each course and which college that school is managed under:

Of course, I
don't believe that this is every last course offered by the university,
but of the courses that we've seen mentioned so far, I believe that this
gives a pretty good idea of the academic organization of the professors
and the administration of each subject. Seeing it laid out like this helped me feel like I can understand how it could run as an actual educational insitution a little better.
